Hi Catalina! 

We are back home now and wanted to send you a message expressing our immense gratitude at helping us plan the most amazing honeymoon! Costa Rica is a beautiful country, and it was the perfect location for us to celebrate in. Everyone we met along the way, including the drivers, tour guides, and locals, were so friendly and passionate about their country. The trip was perfectly organized and contained a mix of everything we wanted to do. We created a lot of wonderful memories here and we thank you so much for helping us do that!! The farewell dinner at our last hotel was such a nice and generous surprise - we really enjoyed ourselves there. Thank you to everyone at Travel Pioneers for making this time so special for us!

Everything was spectacular. Everything was well organized, tour guides were fun/informative/punctual. The hotels were so beautiful. I’d be happy to write a more detailed review when we settle back in at home. We will definitely be using travel pioneers in the future.

Dear Catalina,

I just want to thank you again to choose so marvellous hide always for us. I loved the swimming pool in Casa Luna, Arenal, the friendliness of Casitas Tenorio and the very helpful Nana and her suggestions for adventuring around. Especially the tree choco tour was a delight. Hotel Luna Azul was a fine pleasure and the best and lovely, sweet cook Carlos of Casa Batsu in Sta. Elena, Monteverde, stole my heart. He was the most welcoming and hearty person we have met so far, and his place is absolutely to be recommended. At the moment we are in Macaw Lodge, a really surprising paradise and Yoga Retreat in midst deep jungle. I reserved already online for Carara NP for tomorrow. But perhaps we let it go as it is not the easiest way for arriving here. I am surprised the Toyota works that good.

“Our trip to Costa Rica was amazing! From the moment we were picked up from the airport the service was top notch. We absolutely LOVED Nayara. It was beyond our expectations. Not only were the surroundings breathtaking the service was impeccable, the grounds were clean and the staff knew what we needed before we even knew. We felt truly spoiled the entire time we were there.  Every tour was great, the tour guides were so knowledgeable and really made us feel special. The Arenal area was just amazing. 

We also enjoyed our time at Reserva Conchal, while the hotel couldn’t really compare to Nayara (we were definitely spoiled there) it was still beautiful. We really enjoyed our time on the water during our boat tour. The water there is gorgeous and the views are so different than we are used to back home. We enjoyed seeing the monkeys all over the property in the trees and listening to their howls. 

Thank you for planning this trip for us. It was so nice having every last detail planned and ready. And the app was so helpful being able to look at it to remember dinner times, pick up times etc.”

I just returned from my excellent trip to Costa Rica.  After warm and friendly conversations with me and me clearly stating my wants and expectations, I was furnished with a trip that infatuated and excited me.  TP arranged exactly what I asked for.  The drivers and guides were friendly, knowledgeable and multi-lingual. I learned from conservationists, snorkeled, kayaked, horseback road hiked, zip-lined, paddle boarded and boated down a wild and timeless river.  I had a great time and always felt TP would take care of any of my personal or travel needs.

We had a wonderful trip in Belize, Travel Pioneers did an amazing job of organizing it for us. We had never been to Belize before and Katrin really listened to what we wanted before putting the trip together for us. The three lodges we stayed at were luxurious and welcoming, they were perfect for us. Finally, everything was well planned and smooth, down from being greeted at the airport to each transfer from lodge to lodge. We didn't encounter a single problem. I don't doubt for a second if there had been any problems that these girls would have dealt with them efficiently. We loved each and every location!

The team was very useful in helping us plan our trip to Costa Rica.  Katrin was responsive to our requests and attentive to our preferences regarding types of activities.  She provided ideas for hotels and excursions that were less touristy as we had requested. She helped us plan a private guided hike to the Children's Eternal Rainforest.  The opportunity to be off the beaten path was amazing!

Adrian was a wonderful person to work with. He helped us greatly during the trip when we needed phone contact. He kept close tabs on us. During our travels in Costa Rica we appreciated the drivers and guides working with TP. They were uniformly intelligent, cheerful, and informed. The zip-lining was exhilarating (first time for both of us). We learned so much about the flora and fauna. We loved the private boat tour/picnic, and sub winging behind the boat was one of the most wonderful experiences I've ever had.  I would definitely go back to experience more of that beautiful country and the people.

Travel Pioneers organized an amazing trip to Costa Rica for my family. We were extremely pleased with all the services and amenities at each of the hotels. Right after we landed, we had a driver and a tour guide pick us up to make us feel very welcome to Costa Rica. The tour guide was able to offer us a lot of information about the country and answer our questions. We had a great and special anniversary.  Most enjoyable portions of the trip was primarily the people we met and the amazing wildlife that we saw in Costa Rica. Also, all the activities which were planned by our travel planner were memorable. One of the highlights was the guided tour at the hanging bridges with our tour guide, Raphael. The guide was extremely knowledgeable about rainforests, the Arenal area and about Costa Rica. We got a lot out of that 3 hour tour which we had not expected, since our tour guide was able to teach us so much about the environment. Such a great experience for the kids!

They helped plan a trip for our adventurous family of 6 (4 kids, ages 8-13). 

From a beautiful ecolodge to incredible tours to hiking, snorkeling, zip lining, canyoning, and river trips. The itinerary was exactly what we had in mind but we could never have planned it ourselves.  Monkeys, tucans, Scarlett Macaws. The service and atmosphere at the ecolodge. Family dinners overlooking the ocean where no one wanted to leave.

There are not enough superlatives to describe how Travel Pioneer created a fun filled and luxurious vacation for my wife and I in Costa Rica.   The trip was truly outstanding.   What made it most incredible is the process of planning the trip, and having every event go off without a hitch.  We definitely had a vacation of a lifetime.
